Indeed.com allows you to search jobs by type and location, and will require you have an email address.  They also have a resume creating program that will create a resume for you at no cost.

 

Monster.com allows you to search for jobs by job type and location.  You will have to register with an email address, or Facebook account to take full advantage of all they have to offer, which includes resume,cover letter, and interview tips.

Snagajob makes it easy to search for jobs both locally and nationally.  Just type in a zip code and job listing in that area will come up.  To apply for the jobs through Snagajob, you will be prompted to create an account with them, which will require an email address.  Click on the Learn Computer Skills tab above for help creating an email account.
